We ship to nearly every country in the world, using the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package reaches its destination quickly and safely. We also offer free flat rate shipping on all products to most destinations.

Order successful

After placing the order successfully, please check the sample with us. If you have any requirements regarding your order, please let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.


Note: For orders with multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

We will perform strict quality control on your items and ensure they are packaged correctly before they are ready for shipment. We are pleased to announce that the order lead time is usually about 10 days, depending on the craftsmanship and production difficulty.

Please note that handling time is not included in shipping time. The total time required to receive your order is processing time + shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our support center for further assistance. Our professional customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.


We usually use DHL or FedEx for express delivery.

Note: Shipping times during public holidays may be affected as manufacturers and couriers will restrict their operations during these times. While unfortunately this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.

Please note that all packages are shipped from different warehouses. Our items are shipped unpaid and may incur import taxes depending on your country's customs and shipping methods. You can check with your local customs office for more information.
